the location of patio motel, los angeles, lax is convenient for exploring the outskirts of hollywood. the superior king room was spacious and comfortable. and, i loved trying the newest action sport they offered, which was an awesome workout!

Absolutely disheartening experience. Cigarette burns on bedding, a non-working TV, and noise disturbances all night made it unbearable. The staff's inconsistencies left much to be desired, with unaltered bedding upon room service. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. this is a cautionary tale.

Clean room, convenient location, with the room being exceptionally quiet for a good night's sleep, and free parking was a plus as it allowed easy access to attractions nearby.

In the end, the motel served its purpose without much charm, but improvements are definitely needed in cleanliness and maintenance.
